UK Shipping Times & Charges
Standard UK Delivery £1.99- Standard delivery will take 3-10 business days for all UK mainland postcodes.
Express UK Delivery £6.00- Express delivery will take 1-2 business days for all UK mainland postcodes.
All orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday excluding bank holidays. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).  Orders placed after 3pm for Express Delivery will be processed on the next working day. Express Delivery is available Monday-Friday only and does not include weekends or bank holidays. During peak times, processing may take longer, and we appreciate your patience. 
Please note thegymstring.com is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen from time to time and can occur in peak volume periods.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 working days in case of courier delays before contacting us. If your parcel is still missing, please contact us at help@thegymstring.com so we can assist you.

Returns
At thegymstring.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of our intimate apparel, we must uphold certain policies regarding returns and refunds.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different size or product, you will need to place a new order.

Refunds for eligible returns (such as faulty items) will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable
Please note that, except in cases of faulty items, our products are non-returnable once they have been opened or used. We believe in providing a hygienic and safe experience for all our customers, and this policy helps us maintain those standards.

Faulty Garment
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our team at help@thegymstring.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. We must receive proof the faulty item is being returned to us before we issue a replacement or refund. Where applicable, we may cover reasonable return postage costs

Postage & Returns
While we strive to deliver your order in perfect condition, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the package and its contents upon receipt, and promptly notify us so that we can assist you in resolving the matter.
We kindly ask that you do not send any products back to us without prior arrangement. Any unexpected returns received may be returned to sender.
